How long will it take to receive my order? 

All of the items currently listed on the website are created for each order. Creating each item and fulfilling the order can take up to 7 days but usually only takes 3. Shipping is the same. You will typically receive your order no more than a week after it is fulfilled, although it usually faster. Upgraded shipping such as overnight shipping will still ship overnight however  it still may take the 3-7 days to fulfill.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We do! Although shipping worldwide is available, shipping outside of the USA will take longer to receive. Your country may charge custom and importing fees and taxes upon delivery because your package will be coming from the USA. We have no control over these fees and it depends on each individual country how much, if any fees will be charged.  International shipping prices vary based on the size of your order. You can always add your items to your cart to see how much shipping will be. 

 

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us. If you feel that there is something not right with your order, we do what we can to make it right. In the case of something such as order the wrong size, we usually just try to get you the correct size. We offer a refund if you prefer that instead. In the rare case you receive a defective product we will either offer a refund or exchange. We will need to receive the item before we can offer an exchange or refund. We also ask that you contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Items need to be in original condition. We will not accept any item that appears to be washed or worn. We can not honor any refunds/returns/exchanges to any order which has any fraudulent qualities such as the shipping address being hundreds of miles from the billing address and/or the IP address the order was placed from. If your order meets these conditions we will send an email once your payment has cleared and you order has shipped to remind you of these terms.
